What We DO NOT Accept for Returns
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. We cannot process returns for:

Color/Design Preferences: Changing mind about design or color choice

- Orders can be canceled for a full refund before entering our production queue
- Most orders enter production within 24-48 hours of placement

After Production Begins
- Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible
- We can attempt to halt production, but success is not guaranteed
- If production has started, the order will be completed and shipped
REFUND AND REPLACEMENT PROCESS
For Manufacturing Defects and Quality Issues

- Provide a clear photo showing the issue – this is required for our quality review

- We’ll review your photos and order details within 24-48 hours
- There is no need to return the damaged product to us
- We may request additional photos for our quality team’s review
Step 3: Resolution Based on our quality assessment, we’ll offer:
- Free Replacement: New item produced and shipped at no cost
- Full Refund: Complete refund processed to your original payment method
